This painting is about the forgotten ability of many to see something wonderful in a passing cloud in the sky.
I remember as a child being able to look at the clouds for a long time and fantasise.
Recognise something like a familiar image, and then my imagination would complete the picture with the missing details.
Years have passed, I've grown up, but I still like to watch the clouds float across the sky.
I like to think that there are many unknown and mysterious things in this wonderful world that I have yet to explore and investigate.
And it fascinates me.
